Weekend and Evenings Maintenance Person

Weekend and evening maintenance person sought for 4 nurseries in Clapham and Battersea (SW11 and SW4) to assist with general maintenance and upkeep.

As our maintenance lead you will have a wide general knowledge of preventative and curative maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, basic electrical understanding and you will be able to paint and decorate.

You will be required to do some lone working in our nurseries and Head Office during the closed hours however may be required to be on site during the day.

​

Good communications skills are a must for this role, along with the ability to operate within a service led operation.

​

To be successful, you will be self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised, have an eye for detail and able to consult and complete projects as requested. You must be able respond to work/task requests using mobile apps (Trello and Whatsapp) and emails if necessary.

​

A DBS check and 2 references will be required before you start the position. Due to the nature of the position any successful applicant must be conviction and caution free.

​

**Candidate must live within 30 mins of nursery postcode (SW11 and SW4)

Evening and Weekends mainly

Salary: Zero hour contract at £18ph+ Material fees paid

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
